Ir-regolamenti l-ġodda dwar l-evitar ta’ ħsara lil proprjeta ta’ terzi persuni, tipprovdi varji prekawzjonijiet li l-iżviluppatur għandu jieħu biex jassikura li terzi persuni ma jiġux effetwati bix-xogħol ta’ kostruzzjoni li hu jkun qed jagħmel. Iżda din il-liġi xorta tagħti l-fakulta’ lil terzi persuni li f’ każ li jkun hemm ħsara tiġi riferita għall-arbitraġġ.
